A Roadside Visit, A Lasting Impact

 

On our February trip, we heard about four small houses tucked along the roadside—no electricity, no running water, but full of life and hope.

With hearts stirred, our team gathered food, hygiene supplies, vitamins, and a few toys—simple things, packed with love. When we arrived, we were welcomed like family by Wendy, the gracious leader of this tiny community.

Three of the homes shelter women and children; one is home to an elderly man. Their needs are great, but their warmth even greater.

 

We’ll be going back. Because in Honduras—and right where you are—opportunities to serve are everywhere. Just look around.
