Honduran Hearts History

Honduran Hearts began to operate as a 501 (c) (3), nonprofit organization, in May 2017. However, the passion for missions and serving others has actively been a natural part of our lives since as early as 1997.

Members of our team have served in remote, impoverished areas from 4 days to 3 years. We have built homes, aided in constructing water filtration systems, conducted medical clinics, taught classes to improve all areas of life and living, played with children, provided food and clothing, and much more.

Beyond all of that, we have each learned the joy of giving. Our trips include our children as we endeavor to teach them to love God and His children—love that motivates action and love that captures.

Our Vision

To see thriving rural Honduran communities where families live with hope, health, dignity, and faith — experiencing lasting physical and spiritual transformation for generations.

Our Mission

Honduran Hearts serves rural Honduran communities by meeting practical needs, strengthening education and health, and sharing Christ’s love — empowering families to grow, thrive, and experience lasting transformation.
